You must complete a post-arrival medical screening at an EMGS appointed clinic or hospital within the next working day upon arrival. The nearest clinics to Monash University Malaysia are located in Subang Jaya. Please ensure that the clinic has an in-house X-ray facility for your convenience.

* You will be required to contact the clinic in advance to book your slot to do your medical screening.

Kindly bring along the following documents with you to the clinic for your medical screening:

● Your original passport

● A copy of your passport information page

● Health Examination Report

● Consent Letter

● Letter of Undertaking

* You are only required to print the above documents
