We will only accept your passport if your student pass sticker has 14 days (or below*) left in validity. If your student pass is still valid, please hold onto your passport until we notify you to submit your passport to us over the counter (ISP Counter - Building 2, Level 1).
The application for renewing your Student Pass takes place in stages. When you first submit your documents and pay for the Student Pass renewal fee, your application will be assessed. We will submit evidence to EMGS on your behalf that you have met the requirements
set by the Malaysian Immigration Department for renewing your Student Pass.
*Students who overstayed in Malaysia must report to the ISP Counter (Building 2, Level 1) immediately.
