No, a Student Pass can only be cancelled by submitting your passport to the Malaysian Immigration Department and your immigration records are updated accordingly. This process of getting your Student Pass cancelled can take up to 4 weeks. This cannot be done at the airport when departing from Malaysia.

When you depart from Malaysia, the Immigration officer will place an exit stamp on your passport. Please note that the exit stamp does not equate cancellation of your Student Pass.
