Yes, you can apply for a refund for the following fees:
EMGS application fee: No refund if an application has been submitted to EMGS
Insurance premium fee: Eligible for a refund if the unutilised insurance period is more than 7 months and there were no claims made under the Insurance Policy.
In the event that the student qualifies for a refund, the refundable Insurance Premium Fee will be prorated in accordance with the Insurer’s policy. Approval for a refund is at the discretion of the insurance provider.
