You must look at the EMGS's refund policy as refunds are based on different scenarios. The University will then transfer all refunds from EMGS to your student account once available.

Direct Application: Please email the request for the cancellation and refund of your Student Pass Application to enquiry@emgs.com.my.

Non-Direct Application: Please complete the Course Discontinuation Form to initiate the cancellation of your Student Pass Application and refund your student pass application.
